For the other quizzes, non-UN member states have ready "country" in speech marks.
Wikipedia calls it a "state" so I feel this should be the description.
I think the issue of Palestine is not clear enough to be considered on this or any quiz as a country.

Similarly, is Israel a country? The answer is also, without a doubt, yes. And no.
The point is, it depends on the person, and this, quite frankly, annoying, argument will keep on going as long as both locations exist. So please stop arguing about something that has been going on for at least 80 years by this point. All you need to know about Palestine or Israel is what you believe in.
To state that Israel may not be a country is antisemitic.
Also, are we saying that Israel’s ‘War in (on) Gaza’ is a case of genocide conducted by a state upon its own citizens? No, can’t be a be that, since the inhabitants of Gaza don’t have the same rights as Israeli citizens and can seemingly be massacred in their hundred of thousands with impunity. Sound familiar?
