Choose an unique topic. Search your quiz beforehand to make it sure nobody has done it before. If they have, then maybe you can change it slightly?
Make sure it looks nice and that it looks like you've put proper effort into it. Good grammar, consistent style, and make sure your columns have an actual heading. Looking at your US States by Clue, some of your hints are not capitalised. Your columns still have the default 'Hint' and 'Answer' and you still have the default 'Enter then answer into the box' instruction.
In terms of trying to think of a quiz topic, not much I can help you on there, except for now try to keep the quiz simple, if you want lots of people to do it, geography quizzes are always the most popular.
