sign language is not a 'spoken language'. And you should accept Scottish and Malay or Malaysian as alternative spellings.

Corrected, apart from the Malayalam. It is not the same thing as Malay, it is spoken in South West India.

scottish isnt the same thing ( and has more right to be on here than scots, which is just an english dialect with some extra words like wee and bonnie)

Good quiz. Surprising that more European languages aren't on here. How come you accept "Irish" for "Irish Gaelic" but you don't accept "Gaelic?" Also maybe you should accept "British" or "British English." and perhaps Malay for Malayalam... and Chinese for Cantonese... if you wanted to be a little more forgiving. Though not all quizzes have to be forgiving, so, up to you. I still managed to score in 92nd percentile.

I'll give you Gaelic, but British? Really? I mean if you don't guess English then you don't deserve the answer.

There are more Gaelic languages than just Irish though, Manx Gaelic for example.

Scots is more a dialect than a language, if you have that than you should add cornish aswell.

Scottish gaelic is missing. Though quite possible not enough speakers, then again if scots is of the list, Scottish might be the next one down from irish.

after more research arabic should be on there, french aswell (both above 150.000 in england and wales alone allready) portuguese and spanish aswell (both above 120k in just england and wales, so more for the entire uk)

please provide the source you based this quiz on.

This seems very unlikely. I've never known a single person from Scotland who spoke Scottish, and Arabic, Spanish, French and Hindi have to be in there, surely? I would check your source

The number of people that do not know my mother tongue of Malayalam in this comment section is surprising lol. Tbh, I was surprised to find it there. Didn't expect us to be one of the largest immigrant groups. Good Quiz!
