Go for the drunk nations first like most of the european slavic countries, then the big countries with terrible infrastructure. There is no way in the world I would have predicted that the UAE has the world's worst drivers. They have so little road for carnage. Perhaps they don't Have driving lessons for the spoiled kids?

Interesting quiz. I got all the right hand countires (total deaths), but very few of the left side.

What does "Fatalities per 1 billion vehicles km" mean? I'm assuming it's basically fatalities per billion kilometers driven by all vehicles? Or is it something else like vehicles divided by all the roadway lengths?
