Maybe you should specify you are excluding European languages? The link sends to the wikipedia page about European languages

Surely more than 15 million of the 190 million Anglophones in Africa are natives?

No. About 10% of the population of South Africa speaks English as a first language. Beyond that, there aren't many.

Tribal languages are most africans first language, and european is just a ridge language so people of other tribes can communicate easily
