I was also very taken aback to not see Japan on the list. Don't they easily make the top 20 when the list is not "adjusted for income inequality?" And... don't they have one of the lowest levels of income inequality in the developed world? and isn't that a good thing? I was actually expecting them to be in the top 3 or thereabouts.
