No,..but also Rosseau is not in North America, there are only three capitals in North America, Ottawa, Washington and Mexico City. So by hinting North America that confuses people. Rosseau is not on any continent: its in the Caribbean which is not considered part of any country (and neither is the Bahamas, itself not a part of the Caribbean either)
Uh, You realize that all of the caribbean with the exception of Trinidad and Tobago being partially debatable, and all of Central America(Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama) are unconditionally part of North America. Maybe you think that it's only 3 countries, but, especially on this quiz site, there are a lot more than 3 countries in North America.
you're so ignorant. You realize that all of the Caribbean is North America and not just the three biggest countries. And Central America is considered North America.
Eatrtrig - Honestly, Ravens just has no life and wants to show off his "Potential 6/6 skill", but the reality is that he probably didn't know any of them, and just googled "world capitals that begin with r". Anyone who wants to show off skill on the internet is probably couch potato that doesn't have anything else to do with his/her life, so there. I'm with you.
I think the scoring system is based off of the percentile of people who get up to a certain point, and almost 1/2 got 6/6, deeming that you get 3 instead of 4 points. This is my guess though, I don't have confirmation.
If we didn't have the continents, Roseau would be hard, but there aren't that many countries in North America, so its quite possible to just run through them all till you get the answer.
