In Tallinn right now. It's damned expensive. Or maybe I'm just used to the exchange rates in Russia and Ukraine now. But geez, I paid as much for the small crummy hostel bed I had last night here as I was paying for the gorgeous high-rise apartment overlooking the beach that I had in Odessa. Scandinavian countries (I consider Estonia somewhat Scandinavian or Scandinavian-like) seem expensive to visitors but the people earn more money so the prices are "normal" to them.
