Hi there. To do that, choose manual mode in Step 3. From there, you can add/delete rows and columns and put answers or text in any cell you want.

You should also accept NIDDM (non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus) and IDDM (insulin dependent diabetes mellitus), which are the more accepted versions of type 1 and type 2 diabetes

Myocardium is the heart muscle itself, not a lining. Basal cell and squamous cell are both malignant. The third type of skin cancer is melanoma.

There is another type of diabetes now, Type 1.5 or LADA. (Latent autoimmune diabetes of adults.)
