I'm curious where you got a population of 9 million for the Labrador Peninsula, seeing that most of it is sparsely populated forest with no real population centres above a few thousand people.

Yes you are correct I had made the mistake of totalling most of Quebec's population into the number but that is incorrect.

I believe you may have counted the entire subcontinent instead of just the peninsula of India, which has a population of about 410,000,000
