Is the number for India take into account the Andaman and Nicobar Islands? That's the only way I could see it being only 111 miles, but I think they should count as an overseas territory if Guam does.
That's because the Andaman Islands, which extend way out into the Bay of Bengal, are a part of India. If you counted only its mainland, India would still make this list, at 1759 km / 1093 miles away.
In Auckland (which has a large Tongan population) today, there was a carpark where you could drop off supplies to be freighted over to Tonga, and it seemed that every Tongan in the city was there with a carful of supplies. The feeling of community and of help was amazing. The car queue was a kilometre long. Big requests for drinking water (the ash that fell has made the roof water that Tongans mainly drink unpotable) and there was heaps of that being dropped off. It was supposed to be a one-day event, but it'll be extended at least through tomorrow.
We can always download our files as a poison dart frog at least.

You've received a scoop of Bing Chilling!
Well, at least now I know where Tonga is located, I hope they get all the help that they need...
