These countries ( the ones shown) border exactly three other countries (the ones you need to guess).
I know what is meant obviously, otherwise it would become a very messy quiz. But I think it is written in opposite way of how quizzes usually are described, if you get what I mean. Like "these sets of words (the ones shown) all have something in common ( the thing you need to guess).
Minor remark (and maybe I am mistaken and they are normally this way round) . But thought I'd mention it.
Still nice challenge and managed to get 100% had to think a bit for Mozambique Tanzania and Zambia, but for most of the others the correct one popped into my head while I was still typing, so it was smooth sailing.
Edit: ow yea, typed belize first for the guatemala one.
