Can you name the newest countries since 1990? I hope you know your USSR...
The last time this was updated was January 16, 2016. If things have changed, I'll try to update it as quick as possible, but I'm only human.
These countries are those that exist today, so no Yugoslavia nor South Ossetia, for example.
