Yeah... this list doesn't seem right. What do you mean these countries sent astronauts into space? Most of them don't even have a space program. Maybe someone from those countries hitched a ride on somebody else's ship. If that counts, then Saudi Arabia should make the list. There has been one Saudi to go to space. And China's space program does seem curiously absent. I also thought India might be on here but maybe they have only sent robots and not actual people. Finally, you ought to accept USSR for Russia, if their totals are being merged. Either that or USSR is missing.
Using the list from Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_space_travel_by_nationality), the following countries appear to be missing: Czechoslovakia, Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Vietnam, Cuba, Mongolia, Romania, India, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Syria, Afghanistan, United Kingdom, Austria, Switzerland, Ukraine, Slovakia, Israel, China, Iran. Furthermore a distinction should in my opinion be made between Soviet Union and Russia, and between East Germany and West Germany.
