The cruisers laid down between the Washington and London Naval Treaties were originally designated Light Cruisers (CL) due to their light protection. In accordance with the London Treaty, they were reclassified as Heavy Cruisers (CA) in 1931 due to their 8-inch guns.

I can't not change this quiz for I created under a old username and don't have the password or email information anymore. Created and submitted a new one today. It covers CL-1 to CGN-160. Hopefully everyone will enjoy this. I also have the CGN classes with photos and without.
