I remember seeing a map of the US where it identified all of the top-earning jobs state by state. About a third of them were football coaches and another third I think were doctors. Most of these weren't on there... but I think that's because most of these jobs are concentrated in one of two places, New York and California.
Only one I'm really surprised to see on here is Airline Pilot. I know Michael Moore is generally full of baloney, to put it lightly, but could that segment in Capitalism really be that far off the mark? He made it sound like pilots were all on welfare and food stamps just to get by, yet here they are the 10th highest paid profession in the country?
