Seventy years of sitcoms have produced some timeless TV classics, but how many do you know? With the years that the show ran, two starring actors, and the network(s) that broadcast them, how many of these TV shows can you name?
Yellow Box Rule applies. | Shows are listed in order of when they premiered. | All shows listed have ended their regular runs.
Actors listed are typically the top billed stars. | Shows featuring the name of the top billed actor have been purposefully omitted, such as "The Carol Burnett Show" as the title would be spoiled by the actor's listing. | One show was listed that featured an actor's name, but that actor was not chosen for the actors' columns.
Legend: Run = the years that the show ran (not counting special reunion episodes) | Broadcaster = Station or stations that aired the show. Some shows listed were sold during their run to other stations.
Excellent quiz! I got 44, which I thought was decent, but after seeing the answers I'm irritated at myself for not getting more. I'll have to try it again one of these days. Nominated!
Great quiz! I'd like it a little better if the word "the" wasn't required in some of the answers, especially when you allow for partial type-ins for others.
