Prime Minister of Cambodia from 1976 to 1979. The only man in history to order an official genocide against his whole country, 25 to 33 percent of the population.
Pol Pot
Dictator of Uganda from 1971 to 1979. Killed and tortured 300,000 to 500,000 of his own people. Would show executions of people on television.
Idi Amin
Tsar of Russia from 1533 to 1584. Enjoyed seeing people’s blood and suffering from being tortured; ordered people to be beheaded, strangled, hanged, blinded, burned, stabbed, raped,, boiled, disemboweled, buried alive, impaled, fried and used for target practice. Would often want to watch executions, some of which lasted as long as 15 hours

Dictator of communist China from 1943 to 1976. Created the greatest famine and genocide in history killing upwards of 70 million of his own people including children.
Mao Zedong
Grand Inquisitor of Spain from 1483 to 1498. Had tortured and killed over 30,000 heretics, Jews and Muslims that would not embraced Christianity
Tomas de Torquemada
King of Belgium from 1865 to 1909 and ruler of the Congo Free State. Had around 10 million Congolese killed (or 50% of the population) Hundreds of thousands of people had their hands, legs, feet, arms, heads, ears, and noses cut off

Khan of the Mongolian Empire from 1206 to 1227. With his army killed 20 to 60 million people (or 10% to 30% of the known world’s population)
Genghis Khan
Ruler of the Hunnic Empire from 434 to 453. Tortured and destroyed his enemies, his own people and entire population of cities. He was so destructive that people believed he was a punishment from Heaven
Attila the Hun
Rome’s 3rd emperor from AD 37 to AD 41. Believed he was a god. Brutally murdered and tortured for fun. 160,000 animals were sacrificed in his honour
Caligula
Rome’s 5th emperor from AD 54 to AD 68. Brought the Roman Empire to ruin and burned entire cities. Had thousands murdered including his aunt, stepsister, ex-wife, mother, wife and adoptive brother. He was so bad that many of the Christians thought he was the Antichrist

Emperor of Japan from 1926 to 1989. Committed the Rape of Nanking; 10 million Chinese forced into slavery, tortured, eaten, shot, beheaded, stabbed, burned, boiled, roasted, buried alive, and impaled. Over 20 million Chinese, and 10 million Asians in other countries were killed by the Japanese

Dictator of North Korea from 1948 to 1972. Started the Korean War, which killed 3 million, 200,000 political prisoners forced into concentration camps, 3.5 million Koreans died in famine
