You've done a great work and I'm really happy this quiz appeared finally! But there're some mistakes to correct: "федерации" and "субекта" in the annotation should be changed to "Федерации" and "субъекта". But this is really good quiz!

There are some strange spellings though. 'Орел' should probably be accepted along with 'Орёл', and ьs are used inconsistently, I think. There were some more questionable spellings, but I've forgotten what they were before I finished the quiz. I'll try to point them out the next time I take it.

Proper names of the regions should be accepted, not only the names of the capitals (or whatever the eponym is). E.g. Кемеровская is the actual name of the region, but now only Кемерово is accepted.

Карачаево-Черкесская and Кабардино-Балкарская республики - the official names, should be accepted (minus the word республика, obviously).

Great quiz that brings me back to high school study days, though my Russian is mostly forgotten now. But I do spot some inconsistencies in the category headers, some having a capitalised first letter, some not, and some plural, and some singular - for example области (plural) but then область (singular), both of which you spell with a small о, whereas Края (the plural of край) kicks off with a capital К. Might it also be worth making the header blue colours the same throughout and, to avoid lots of scrolling down, putting the answers into 3 or 4 columns?
