You should probably accept HC Andersen. That is how he is mostly referred to in Denmark.

Sure. In the future you can save time by just typing last names.

I would argue, that Tuborg is the most popular beer brand! ;)

I thought the same. Maybe the question should specify that it is the most popular brand worldwide. There is no doubt that Tuborg is the most popular brand among Danes. As a teenager who knows a lot of young people, it is a well-known fact that Tuborg tastes better than Carlsberg.

You could argue that Carlsberg owns Tuborg, but in common use Tuborg is the more popular of the two (among Danes).

Tuborg tastes better than Carlsberg?! It is cheaper, at least in the rest of Scandinavia, but I have to respectfully disagree.

Vesterhavet and Nordsøen are not the same

They are the same thing and I always found it kind of funny that the Danish name is still West Sea when the rest of the world call it the North sea (even in Norway despite most of the Sea being to the South). Literally a matter of perspective I guess

Agreed, even as an American I was only ever taught it as Sjaelland. I knew Zealand was a place in Denmark but I never made the connection.

Was in Copenhagen a few years back; the statue in the harbor is not impressive -- I arrived just before the tour buses. After the buses, you couldn't see it. As for the autonomous neighborhood, my own neighborhood has better art and better (fully legal) pot. The amusement park like most of Scandinavia was overpriced. The beer and salmon however were well priced and amazing.

That is the cause for most tourist attractions everything is hyped up. If you expect to be blown away by they you might want to adjust your expectatons. Famous or iconic does not equal size or amazingness (yes it's a word :p).

But we'll there are plenty of pictures it is clear that it is just a regular small statue like there are loads of.
