Weird coincidence - the picture appeared as I logged out of the quiz (for beginners, that means it has got featured), with the picture being of the exact spot I was at a month ago (the 1.82 million city).
I just saw a Sue Perkins show where she spent two weeks there. I can't in my wildest dreams imaging the life/events/culture there. It makes me more aware of how diverse and how amazingly wide the definition of a normal life is throughout our world.
Excellent quiz, thank you. Difficult for anyone outside the region to get 100%, but a good general knowledge should help you achieve at least 40% and some points.😉🎉
The points system on this site is really weird sometimes. I get 5/5 points for naming like 5 of 12 items on a grammar-related list, yet naming 32 Indian cities gets you only 4
I'm an Indian and still I missed 5 cities and God knows how I still got 5 out of 5 points. But still, I'm feeling extremely ashamed. Never knew Moradabad, Bareilly, Tiruppur, Kota and Jabalpur are so big. I've surely heard of them but never knew this.
What's the meaning of knowing the big Cities of China, America, Japan, UK and France when I don't know the largest cities of my own Country.
Knew the top ten (except Surat), Agra because of Taj Mahal, Bhopal because of that chemical catastrophe and two smaller cities, because I happened to visit them. Of the cities, I didn't get, there were only a handful I heard before...
"How many cities of India can you name that have an urban agglomeration population of at least 1 million people?"
And here's me being proud of myself for being able to name 11..
Because Jamshedpur and Tatanagar are different
Jamshedpur is a city in India whereas a tatanagar was the tank used by the British in World War II
Jamshedpur
Please change Bhilai into Raipur
Because Bhilai is a part of Raipur
Not Bhilai is a part of Raipur please correct it

This quiz opened my eyes. Thanks a lot
