# European Capital Cities: Position Relative to Country's Geographical Center

Where is each country's capital city compared to the country's geographical center? Type 'C' for central, 'NN' for North, 'NE' for North East etc
Data from Portland State University (https://www.pdx.edu/econ/country-geography-data), for missing countries from CIA (https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/fields/2011.html)
Let R be the radius of a circle with the same area as a country: if the distance between the capital city and the geographical center is less than R / 3 then the capital city is considered central
East means a bearing between 67.5 and 112.5, South-East means a bearing between 112.5 and 157.5 and so on
