Svalbard is an archipelago (often combined with Jan Mayen), consisting of Spitsbergen, Nordaustlandet and Edgeøya. That would be like accepting Philippines collectively for all their islands.
I kept trying to type Severnaya Zemlya for Severny, but then I looked it up and remembered that Severny is indeed the name of the northern island of Novaya Zemlya, while Severnaya Zemlya is the name of the archipelago off the very northern tip of mainland Russia that includes October Revolution Island and Bolshevik Island.
Answering "No" should be accepted since the question is : "Can you identify and name all arctic islands that are larger than 10,000 square kilometres?" :D
I knew quite a bit of the Canadian and Russian islands (probably from Arctic research to making a fictional country https://pwufc.fandom.com/wiki/Greenlandic_Empire which has invaded most all of these xD)
Quite an odd quiz in my opinion. I'm not really sure why we needed so much time, as you either know them or you don't and will never get them. I got 6, gave up after 2 minutes, and got 4 points for it. I'm not saying this is bad, but it is unusual for a Jetpunk quiz.
What's your definition of Arctic? Southampton Island is entirely south of the Arctic Circle, which is commonly regarded as the boundary (see Wikipedia). Please swap it out for Prince Charles Island, or specify what arbitrary latitude you set for this quiz.
I can see not accepting Svalbard since the individual islands are somewhat well-known, but not accepting Novaya Zemlya just seems to not be rewarding the knowledge a non-Russian is most likely to have about that archipelago. (It's also really not obvious on a map that it isn't one single island, so most people wouldn't even know to look.)
