Well, there's a big difference between "success" and making it into the hall of fame. Most would consider it a draft pick well spent to have gotten the production they did from Megatron, Boselli, Brown, Russell, Davis, Fralic, Peppers, Bush, and many others on this list. Throw in the four current or soon-to-be HOFers and that's a pretty decent success rate. To put that in context, this one pick (representing 1/32 of the first round) has produced 4 times as many HOFers in the last 35 years than the entirety of the seventh round. That makes for a success rate 128 times better than an average seventh round pick
