The term "Channel Islands" refers specifically to the archipelago off the coast of Normandy. The Isle of Wight is an island in the English channel, but not a Channel Island.
Human geography doesn't mean "anything to do with people OR places." It's a study of many aspects of humanity and the world through people's relationship with places or location.
It's a bit of a stretch to say the question has anything to do with any kind of geography, human geography or not. Not that I think it's much of an issue. But the question could be made more excellent by asking the branch of Islam most popular in , for example.
Or the question could be unquestionably to do with geography. I can see hard thinking over answers for 'X' and maybe 'Z' but 'S'?
