I just realized, at least in this quiz, that if you see a proper noun (eg Jamaica) you can be pretty sure that it takes part in the hidden word

yes but these are not the only proper nouns in their sentences

I have not any idea about Western literature and first think that Iago (with capital I) is lago (with small L). I still got that city, though.
