I've added a few extra that are on the more difficult side. Hopefully it's a bit more balanced now. Always hard to know, given that the first takers of a new quiz are the more geography-obsessed JetPunkers, so results tend to skew high.
I like the idea, but I think it would be significantly better if the capitals were consistently more legible. Something like how you did Madrid, Naypyidaw, Moscow, Athens is fine, but some of the black-on-darker-colors, small fonts and odder placements like Rome, Roseau, Suva, Manila, Port of Spain, seem needlessly illegible.
I still found it entirely playable as is, but it just feels like squinting to read the capital isn't really the spirit of the quiz, and I wonder how those with poorer vision might be effected. Maybe bolded text? White/black outline surrounding the opposite color text? Just bigger font sizes and more use of white on dark colors? The slightly boring option of just putting the capital under the flag?
As for the actual questions, it was great. Good mix of a few more obscure ones and I like questions where I could easily eliminate 1 or 2 answers as clearly correct but was left with a 50-50, for example.
