You might want to fix the clue for "grip". It's a separate department. They're not camera assistants. "Film department" or "lighting department member" would fit better.

he's right. A grip is not in the camera department nor are they considered a camera assistant.

their department is G&E. grip and electric.

Very small point, but it should be Hopkins', not Hopkin's. His name has an 's' at the end, so the apostrophe goes at the end of his name, not in the middle of it.
