Maybe my favorite Simpsons moment ever involves two of these answers: Mr. Burns arrives at the Simpsons' house in a tank with full military support. Before the siege, he puts on a tape with Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries," which plays for about two seconds before he realizes someone taped over it with "Waterloo." Seamless comic irony.
I only missed one. I wasn't aware that Paul McCartney had done anything after leaving the Beatles apart from suck. Oh, and, also he did that duet with Michael Jackson that one time.
I would have had no idea about the Spice Girls song except the previous quiz had a question about who sang Wannabe. That seems to be happening a lot on these quizzes lately - but I'm not complaining.
This may be because often, some of the featured quizzes have a commonality, which means you come across the same answers several times - e.g. 'Letter A history', and 'Letter A history in pictures'.
Thanks Kiwi. I have completed this series now, and I have to say I really enjoyed the diversity of questions. It seems that my knowledge of modern boy / girl bands is the area where I need most work. Classical music (at the level you have pitched it) is good for me, as are the questions on theory and instruments.
I have to admit I was expecting more of Dame Kiri, OMC, Neil Finn, Flight of the Conchords, but I loved it all the same. Great idea for a series and a great series, cheers dude.
Mostly terrible apart from the worse than terrible Mull of Kintyre.
