Word Hijackers #2

A hijacker has taken over a plane and is en route to an unknown capital! To foil the plot and identify the city, solve each orange and blue answer using the given clues.

In each row, the blue answer is identical to the orange answer, with the addition of a 'Hijacker' - a single letter unique to each row - inserted within. Solving either clue will reveal the Hijacker.

These Hijacker letters can then be unscrambled to reveal the name of the capital city.
