I really like what you are going for in this quiz, but...

A bird is a bird, an insect is an insect. None are animals. You also fail to name many common animals such as a rhino, hedgehog, badger, wolverine, mouse, etc. Perhaps you can limit your answers to animals found in a list you find on line of top 'X' number of most popular animal type web searches or something like that? Make sure to cite what list you are using. I'd love to see this again.

Birds and insects actually are animals...

The animal kingdom can be divided into vertebrates (animals that have backbones) and invertecrates (animals that do not have backbones)

Vertebrates include five main groups: mammals, fish, birds, reptiles, and amphibians (Sources: https://www.britannica.com/list/5-vertebrate-groups and https://ecosystems.psu.edu/outreach/youth/sftrc/lesson-plans/wildlife/k-5/animal-groups)

Other organisms that are also animals include arthropods (insects, spiders, lobsters), annelids (worms), echinoderms (starfish, sea urchins), mollusks (snails, squid, clams), cnidarians (coral, jellyfish), and poriferans (sea sponges).
