Hello dear JetPunkers!
Today, and for the first time, I will present you a list of five unfeatured quizzes which I find really interesting around a main theme, which is today original SVG quizzes.
Before starting, I would like to precise some little things. First, all the quizzes which will appear in this series are unfeatured quizzes, because one of the goal of these blogs is to promote nice works which maybe didn't get the success they deserved. The lists published won't be exhaustive (but very subjective), so if one your quizzes which corresponds to the theme doesn't appear it, it's not because I don't like it, but just because there are a lot of quizzes on our favorite website. Then, for each quiz, I'll precise some informations, as the number of takes or nominations at the moment of writting, and I won't update it. It's to see if this kind of blog bring at least a little bit of visibility to the presented quizzes, or no. And last, and it's maybe the most important, don't suggest me quizzes for a next blogs like this one. I will personally choose them each time (you know my skills as dictator...).
It's now time to start!
Mutant Mammoth Countries by Map
Creator: SWATkun
Takes: 112
Nominations: 16
First published: July 15, 2020
My opinion: This quiz is quite similar to Country Shapes Under the Sea, by dug, and, as I wrote in two Les raisons d'un succès, I'm a fan of dug quizzes. When I saw this quiz (the SWAT's one), I immediately thought to the dug's quiz (and also to a Stewart one, Dave the Dragon's Collection of Country Shapes), so I just loved it. And the thing I find really interesting in the SWAT's quiz is that the entire mammoth is made with country shapes, when just a part of the drawing of the other mentionned quizzes contains country shapes. You have to see this mammoth!
Creator: dug28
Takes: 203
Nominations: 26
First published: September 25, 2020
My opinion: As I wrote for the first quiz of this list, I love dug's creations. And I was very surprised to see that this quiz wasn't featured yet, because it's just awesome, in my opinion. What I really like in this quiz is that the beautiful illustration, the stained glass window, is directly linked to the answers which you have to guess: countries that have the most cathedrals. Plus, if you finish the quiz, you can stare a beautiful stained glass which you colored by guessing countries. Isn't that amazing?
Cities in the Pokémon Kanto Region on a Map
Creator: Crem
Takes: 48
Nominations: 9
First published: May 28, 2020
My opinion: Here are the "stats" of the first quiz of a series, but I actually want to pressent you all this series in general. I discovered Crem with this quiz (and he very nicely accepted to translate it and the rest of the series in French...!) and I follow him since. These quizzes are SVG map all the Pokémon regions. They are just amazing, because they seem to be the same than the original ones, in the official Pokémon games. My favorite one is the Unova map (maybe because it's my favorite Pokémon region, with Kalos...) I'm personnally a Pokémon fan (actually a Nintendo fan in general...) and I think the Crem's series should be a classic of this domain on JetPunk. Thank you for these awesome quizzes, Crem!
Creator: Elboy
Takes: 87
Nominations: 29
First published: December 11, 2020
My opinion: I'm very proud of this fourth quiz, because it's a French one, and it's excellent! A bit like in Country Shapes Under the Sea, you have to find out country shapes in a funny "environment", which is here a burger. And country shapes are everywhere! Cheese, salad, fries, ketchup,... Everywhere! And the drawing is absolutely beautiful! I'm sure that we will have good surprises with Elboy quizzes in a near future. Now, you can't say that French users don't know how to make good SVG quizzes...!
Guess Countries on Christmas tree - Special Chrismtas quiz
Creator: youtubeplayer
Takes: 26
Nominations: 10
First published: December 21, 2020
My opinion: To finish, a Christmas quiz (isn't it the period...?)! You can find several quizzes with SVG Christmas tree on JetPunk, but this one is the best, in my opinion. It's not that the other are bad, but this one is excellent, because you have to find out flags hidden in a very nice Christmas drawing, and the flags usually represent something on the picture: presents for the Scandinavian countries, arabic moon or oceanian stars, Christmas baubles,... It's just amazing as all the flags are included in the drawing. You have to try this quiz to have a nice Christmas...!
Talking about Christmas, it's time for me to wish you a merry Christmas! Try to have a nice moment, despite the Covid-19.
"Happy" end of 2020 (we will sadly never forget you, stupid year...), and see you in 2021!
P.S.: How many of the quizzes presented here did you know before reading this blog? And how many of them have you nominated after your reading?
P.P.S.: Don't eat too much chocolate...!
And merry Christmas!
I'll try to correct this mistake. Thanks!
Also, thank you for having my quiz in the blog!
And you're welcome, you know I love your Pokémon series. I'm waiting for the second Pokémon Rangers map.
Sorry, music lesson traumatism...
Thank you a lot for your enthousiasm.
Btw I'm pretty proud to represent France on this post :D
Cocorico!🐓
