Blogs have been made on the flags of American states, Canadian provinces and Brazilian states. I decided to jump on the very slowly-moving bandwagon and make a ranking - this one of Liberia's, um... unique county flags.
#1. Sinoe County
This one isn't so bad. But that Liberian flag in the corner ruins it.
#2. Grand Cape Mount County
This one's fine. The border is a neat touch.
#3. Grand Gedeh County
Thankfully, this one was drawn neatly. Unfortunately, the blue does not clash well with the Liberian flag.
#4. Grand Bassa
This one is only good by comparison.
#5. Bomi County
It's simple, and you need as much simplicity as you can get when it comes to Liberian flags.
#6. Margibi County
That flower must have had a hard time growing right in front of that...rock? Anthill? Mountain?
#7. Rivercess County
It's a good flag. But once again, the Liberian flag brings it down. And this time, hard.
#8 Montserrado County
I guess they like treehouses. But those diagonal lines...ugh!
#9. Bong County
ls that a hill? And what's in the coat of arms - nails?
#10. Grand Kru County
Who put those bars there? They are quite displeasing.
#11. Gbarpolu County
Poor placement. 'Nuff said.
#12. Nimba County
I have absolutely no idea what's supposed to be inside that circle.
#13. Maryland County
I can't decide if that's a lighthouse of a salt shaker. If it's a lighthouse, I question why it operates in full daylight.
#14. Lofa County
What is the arm holding? Maybe a tube of some sort. Possibly a stick.
#15. River Gee County
Can someone please explain what is going on here? Why are those trees floating? Why does the river just disappear under the tree? Why is the flag so darkly colored? It makes little to no sense.
