3. Bolivia has 2 capitals: Sucre and La Paz.

4. Speaking of capitals, La Paz is the world's highest capital, being 3,631 meters (or 11,913 ft) above sea level.

Austria has two villages called "Fugging" that were changed from the ...ahem, other word. The first one however was changed in 1836 according to Wikipedia anyway.
