Information about Afghanistan

The original flag has three vertical stripes, of black white and blue, with its Coat of Arms in the middle. The black represents its troubled history in the 19th century, and the red represents the blood lost in the wars.

The new flag is much simpler with just Arabic writing, and a white background. The Arabic writing says “ There is no deity but God; Muhammad is the messenger of God “

The main CULTURE of Afghanistan is Islam, and the most common ethnic groups are the Tajiks, Pashtuns, and the Hazaras.

The most common food if the Afghan Lamb kebab, and Tea is the unofficial National drink.

But afghan food is almost always a spread, and not a actual dish.

Afghanistan is an amazing country, with a beautiful landscape, though they had a troubled past, the still have culture and amazing food.
