I've been wondering for awhile now at what point my "Times taken" and "Quizmaker Rank" numbers would be the same. My Quizmaker Rank just fell below my Times taken number today. My quizzes have been taken 2,535 times, and my Quizmaker Rank is now #2,529. So, if you were wondering, convergence happens at about 2,530.

What is also interesting is that this convergence is constantly changing! As more users gain more takes, the convergence will increase to higher takes for a lower rank

This happened to me a couple weeks ago, when both my takes and quizmaker rank were 2,518.

Interesting, although not blog worthy. Maybe if you added more sentences. Your formula definitely won't work because there are many active quiz makers at a time. By the time I get there, it'll be 3,500.

True, everyone will be amassing takes so the number will increase.

I wasn't suggesting that the number would remain constant. As of January 2021, it takes about 2,530.

As for more sentences: what more can I possibly say? It's a factoid. Whether or not it's interesting enough to be blogworthy is a matter of opinion. Apparently I don't share yours.

Interesting, there was once a time when my Quizmaker ranking was the same as somebody else (I think we both had equal takes)

Just revisited this blog because I noticed that my takes were nearing my ranking. I saw that my takes and ranking met at 2,737, so the convergence number has gone up pretty quickly.

I've been keeping track of when my TT:QR ratio would be 2:1. It happened today, at 4,252 times taken and a quizmaker rank of 2,126.
