8/10, the last two tripped me up. Kinda miffed with myself for the Athena one because Greek mythology is my jam but I must have missed that story 😅 And then the last one I just assumed it would be GM
Yeah, from what I see, her mother was Metis, but Zeus ate her. Metis then gave birth inside Zeus and Athena popped out of his head. Super reasonable lineage. Head bursting can be called birthing. Yup.
I'd always wondered about that one, cause surely if it's a set route you can do in less time but not less distance. It's explained in the Han Solo Trilogy novels.
It was also addressed in the Solo movie from a few years ago, to show a shorter, more dangerous route. I've always enjoyed the alternate theory, where he's just lying to Luke and Obi-Wan because what would a couple moisture farmers know anyway?
But, I think even worldwide, cars weren't that popular in 1901 to make a car company the first to attain to a certain value. I'm not sure exactly when cars were invented, but I do know it wasn't more than 20 years prior and it wasn't in the US.
It is very reasonable to think that General Motors or IBM was around, but not making the things they do today. Like how Nintendo dates back to the 1880s, when they made playing cards.
The only thing it helps to do is eliminate the options not involving Germany. The year doesn't help past that because Germany signed pacts with both Italy and the Soviet Union that year.
8/10. I give myself comfort from the fact that the 2 I missed the answers I gave still had the highest percentage of guesses. i saw steel and just immediately my mind went to Russia/USSR. And for some reason I thought a parsec was something small. Probably sec through me off. Like second. LOL.
Athena burst from Zeus' head fully formed after he swallowed her mother, Metis, in the form of a fly because he feared a prophecy. He did not give birth to her in the traditional sense. Of course, I answered correctly, but it always irritates me when questions are themselves incorrect.
I remember Han Solo saying something about parsecs as if they were a unit of time.
