I knew the Beatles answer because I once saw a picture of the bones of Lucy, only they had replaced the bones with Lucy from Peanuts comic strip there. That image stuck in my head lol.
Back to 10/10, all very much in my wheelhouse tonight, no guesses required 😁 Could've been a bit faster on some of them but no complaints. Also my average is above 9,100 now 🔥
Wow, I completely stupided out at the end and froze on the periodic table question for like 10 seconds and the Joan of Arc one even longer, even though I knew both. And I was on track for a 9900 or better and then just couldn’t get my rhythm back!
I’m super happy to see a Hobbes versus Locke question, though. I have my students in Philosophy 12 debate whose theory of justice and government is better. They all tend to like Locke… the poor children.
Don't forget people with very low scores often won't post it. And some people just never post anything.
It might seem everyone gets 9s and 10s but those are just the ones you hear most about.
A better indicator is to look at where you are percentage wise. If you are like 40% or better that is great! if you are lower than 10% (consistently) then well yea, trivia might not be your thing. But knowledge comes with time and exposure, a few years on this site and you'll know a lot more ;)

Still a new best score, most of these kick my ass
