Theme on the year 1995? What makes this year better than 1994
+6
Level 68
Apr 6, 2025
Maybe because it was exactly thirty years ago

Ok but what makes 30 better than 31

QM hates primes

I didn't even twig that was the theme, if I had then question 10 would have been obvious...

4/10 1995, I'll take it.

4th worst score ever. Today… was really hard.

Might be the first time I'm better than you.

Although it's only one single point.

The difficulty of these questions the past week seem to have really ramped up, I'm struggling lol

3/10 too many wrong to mention. But judging by the % that got each question right, I wasn't alone.

Just mention the ones you got right, it's quicker. ;)

1,3 and 5 but 5 was the only one I knew, the others were guesses.

Level 68

8/10 after three lucky guesses. Could easily have gone very badly, I didn't know half of these
+2
Level 60

2/10, I'm absolutely terrible at entertainment related questions.

6/10 good again (not really, had some lucky guesses too)

Fun Fact: I only knew #5 cause I once needed it to create a quiz.

My worst score ever, lol.

This one was very hard, got the last 3 wrong and could easily have dropped more on some of the earlier questions. I probably should've known the Rolling Stones one but had absolutely no idea about the earthquake or the Disney song. 7/10

True, rather hard, today. Got the first eight right, but some of them with educated guesses only. Last two were complete guesses and both wrong.

Wow I beat a lot of the best quiz takers today :D No disrespect Frankii! I didn't think I'd be able to get 10/10 today but somehow managed too, even though I went much slower than usual. Still a slow 10/10 counts for more points than a fast 9/10.

Similar thoughts as I currently sit near the top of my leaderboard (right under that one suspiciously successful player).

I did miss the earthquake one though. Just as I was clicking Kathmandu, it occurred to me that the famous event there was more recent (it was 2015), but too late to change.

Nicely done! I would've needed an absolute miracle to get the 10 today 😅

You know it’s hard if Franki gets 7/10

6/10. Don't care about James bond. Since it's been established I don't know what fusion is, I figured it was that. Not many people knew the earthquake city. In fact, since only 20% got it right, and in a choice of 4, statistically 25% could just guess it right, I'm thinking hardly anybody knew it. And I guessed wrong between AOL and Microsoft. I hope the rest of my day goes better.

Weird day. I got the video game and Disney questions right, which I normally miss. But missed the geography and world events questions, which I'm normally OK on.

4/10 one of my worst days ever

And all I remember about 1995 is the OJ trial.

Alberta’s separatist movement is not very plausible to actually happen. Quebec was very close to demanding independence for about twenty years.

Sadat and Rabin were the heads of state of Israel and Palestine, IIRC, and they managed to come to a peace agreement for their countries then Rabin was assinated. I think they jointly won the Nobel peace prize.
