Yesterday was themed for the year of 1995, which for people born after that year, like me, was difficult. I really had no idea for the vast majority of yesterday's questions.
"The cold and remote giant planets Uranus and Neptune are nicknamed the “ice giants” because their interiors are compositionally different from Jupiter and Saturn, which are richer in hydrogen and helium, and are known as the “gas giants.” The ice giants are also much smaller than their gaseous cousins."
Fair. I suppose NASA is as unarguable a source as any. Personally though gas giant makes me think of planets with a lot of volatiles which makes me think of the four. Think that would be a fair astronomical definition/rule of thumb.
I think whoever wrote that question made the mistake of trusting AI. If you Google "how many gas giants are there?" then Google's AI falsely gives an answer of 4, even though if you read some proper sources (e.g. NASA's website) you'd see the correct answer is 2.
not good, 7/10 shouldn't have missed #5, clicked too fast on Fight Club...and now I'm listening to a youtube playlist of 96 England FC anthems....jeesh....
I'm a professional planetary scientist, and I got the first question wrong. It's a poorly written question because both 2 and 4 could be correct, depending on what you mean by "gas giant." There is a sense in which the ice giants (Uranus and Neptune) can be called gas giants, but they are more commonly recognized as a different class.
The worst part is that both of the possible answers are present in the multiple choice. If you simply removed "2" as a possible answer, the question would be acceptable.
This help...?
Oppenheimer is technically a book adaptation as well, albeit an adaptation of a biography.

There's also zero mention of Neptune or Uranus on NASA's gas giant page:

i was unaware they were called ice giants but spent the last 30mins reading up on it-very interesting.
I am 49 but am convinced everyday is a school day.
Looking at the stats I think yesterday's may have actually been the hardest DTC of all time, or certainly of this year at least haha
