10 is fair (assuming he said that, which I’m sure he did). But that must be a very unknown quote of his, relative to a lot of others. And also a pretty generic one, in terms of content. I suppose general knowledge doesn’t have to be easy, not quite sure that was general enough tho
Drat, fell at the last hurdle, although I can at least take comfort in the fact that I voted with the majority 😅 "Spooky action at a distince" did ring a bell too, but the decoy answer just seemed more likely.
I get why that was a tricky decoy, but it meant specifically "Carnival" (as famously celebrated in places like Rio, New Orleans at the start of Lent in the Christian church calendar) rather a more general parade/celebration.
Ok. Yeah. Carnival. Thought it was just some amusement show. Carnival: a period of public revelry at a regular time each year, typically during the week before Lent in Roman Catholic countries
So annoyed with myself. I was looking for the answer 'Brutus' but clicked on another option before I saw it. As for the Dewey Decimal System - I work in a library. I know it well!
And I always thought that the correct answer was a goofy sounding phrase. Memorable if you know it, but sounds made up if you don't.

Rolled the dice and a bunch of them; crapped out on #10
Can’t complain though 10/10 9902!
I’ll be honest a lot were just logical guesses, but I’ll take a 10/10 any day!
Ps even my very slow 7/10 (6949) beat 82% So I guess today was not an easy quiz generally speaking
PPS Plus I beat Dimby, and that is rare for me
