7/10. Of the three I didn't know, the two times I didn't take the "A" option, I should have - Mario Kart and William the Bastard. And the one time I did go for "A", it was wrong - the 13th zodiac. Such is life.
9/10 for me today, fell at the final hurdle, this Dubai chocolate craze has definitely passed me by, and I don't have much of a sweet tooth at the best of times 😅
I've never heard of Dubai chocolate but went with my gut instinct and guessed right. I don't have much of a sweet tooth either, but after looking it up I wouldn't mind trying it; seems like it could be tasty. Also had a lucky guess with the darts question.
Nicely done! My rationale for that one was that pistachio chocolate is quite common and with it being from Dubai I figured it would be something a little more exotic, so I went for macadamia haha
I haven't tried the chocolate, but it really was all over the news and social media (neither of which I watch) but I still heard about it, it seems everyone was talking about it and how expensive it is, then Aldi brought out a cheaper version and there was talk about ligation ilrc.
Really bad 7/10 today because I don't like heavy metal or the zodiac and have never heard of Dubai chocolate before, but miracle of miracles I guessed the sports question right (only because of Taskmaster, though).
To be fair, that's what they were considered back in the day, along with other bands that would just be called "classic rock" today, like Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin. It's wild to look back and think that those were the bands scaring parents back then lol
I don't listen to AC/DC, but I've heard Brian Johnson interviewed, leading me to believe they were from the UK. Ah, well. Also got tricked by William. I wonder if he was known by that sobriquet in France, or if that's how the English referred to him. Probably need to do a bit of reading.
I guessed right on the zodiac and then looked it up. Turns out I'm not a Sagittarius after all, but an Ophiuchan.
Same here on Ophiuchus actually, it's one of the little tidbits I like to roll out when people won't shut up about astrology (my mother is particularly persistent for it lmao)
Tbf, while they all lived there, only the drummer from the original lineup was actually from Australia. Angus and Malcolm Young were born in Glasgow, the original singer Dave Evans was from Wales (and Bon Scott, who replaced him, was from Scotland), and the bassist was from San Francisco.
Don't need to know much of anything zodiac to know the answer, just that they are based on constellations along the plane of the ecliptic. The correct answer is the only one that's a constellation.
4/10 and my 4th worst score ever, haha! I knew it was going to be bad when I accidentally clicked the wrong answer to Q1. I had to guess on several of these and guessed badly, obviously.
Obviously got the movie question wrong.
