I'm back on the bad sleeping pattern, so doing this before a very late bedtime 😂 Exactly the same score as yesterday, oddly enough, at 9,904. Educated guess on the giant piano, pretty confident on the rest.
What a shame could have been 10/10. I couldn't decide between Elton John and Billy Joel, took a while and finally went (with a bad feeling) for Elton. Bugger. 3 and 6 were good guesses, though 😊.
Every single time I listen to either Piano Man or Rocket Man my brother asks "Is that the song by (wrong artist)?" The mix-up is more common than you think.
This comment inspired me to go down a bit of a rabbithole. From what I can gather, the instrument played by David is variously described as both harp and lyre in the Bible (depending on translation and book) and is thought by historians to have most likely been referring to a kinnor, a type of old yoke lute more similar to the lyre.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time :) One of the best games ever made. (and I say that as someone a bit too young for it rather than as an out-of-touch nostalgic take).
10/10 with one wild guess because music is easy but video games are an enigma. I had to guess based off of my memory of Nintendo Power magazine in the 90s--lucky I got it.
10/10 with a fairly confident guess on the video game - still a 9.848 only makes it to #7 on my LB but it might last, looks like most of the heavy hitters have already played.
5/10 with a score of 4951. That score of mine is certainly a classic. The pieces all line up, the tempo is quite ff-ine, and oh! silly me, how can I forget to say chello?
