I knew the boulevards were created during the French Revolutions to stop the barricades, just didn't know who. Went with L'Enfant. He helped in designing Washington, DC & he's French.
10/10 today, finally back to a perfect! I'm surprised so many put Pierre Charles L'Enfant, but I suppose it could make sense for people in the US (being myself French, worse even, Parisian, I couldn't miss this one - I hate Haussmann)
I recently finished the Mike Duncan podcast series on the French Revolutions series.....great series, I remember the whole piece on opening up the streets, preventing the barricades, etc. just couldn't remember the name.
Not a good series of questions for me - I've never watched a 'Nightmare on Elm Street' film, got confused re Penny Lane, never played a game of Street Fighter, don't know the movie 'Miracle on 34th Street' very well and had no idea on Q10. A sad 5/10.
Not a good day for me either, only knew Saville Row, Penny Lane, the German word for street (obviously) and the miracle on 34th street was a good guess since I'd seen the other 3 films.
Guessed wrongly for the Streetfighter question.
