Ewan McGregor is a great Obi-Wan, but for me Alec Guiness is indelible as the originator of the role. I found & picked his name immediately, and only thought about Ewan after. Might be an age thing, I grew up with the original trilogy.
Wow, the theme was a bit of a tip-off if you got it early. I figured it out at Han, and it guaranteed me getting Mace “Royal Baton” Windu correct. Regardless, an easy 10/10 is nice after yesterday’s ordeal!
I didn't get the Star Wars connection until the following question but it wouldn't have helped me with the mace question as I don't know that character but luckily I knew it was the royal mace anyway.
Not sure whether I figured out the topic too late or I am just not familiar enough with anything that came after the original trilogy, but "Mace" didn't ring a bell: 9/10
OTOH if you like movies with Sir Alec Guinness (spelled with two "n"s), you might have seen "Cromwell," in which he plays Charles I and Richard Harris is Oliver Cromwell. At one point, when Cromwell is dismissing the Rump Parliament, he pushes the mace off its table in the House of Commons and shouts "Away with this bauble!" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwjFywjOKoY
For those of you who like to pick nits, what Cromwell actually said was probably closer to "Take away that fool's bauble, the mace." And he probably had his soldiers remove it rather than manhandling it himself.
Loved the Star Wars theme, took me a minute to see how some of the questions were connected 😂 Got 10/10,but probably should've been faster given how much I nerd out over this topic 😅 (9,895)
The one that slowed me down the most was the Oscar question, took longer than I should have to rule out the other answers
10 out of 10. I am ready for my place on the council and rank of master since they come in pairs. right, mr mace windu. lmao just a little dark humour from me
10/10 because when it says a name like Lando Norris that I've never heard of I figure it must be about a sport. Thank goodness they weren't all sporty options.
This is the quiz you're looking for
