Ouch, 7/10 and could have been worse if not for a lucky coin toss on Marathi. Had no idea on the marathon time or Maruchan (went for doll on the latter because it contains "chan" lol), but should've done better on Marfan syndrome

A lot of people (myself included) associate Mumbai with Hindi pretty strongly because of Bollywood so I also had to pause a second to think about that.

Yeah, I ruled out Kolkata (Bengali) and Delhi (Hindi?) early on, but I really wasn't sure between the other two.

10/10, but MANY lucky guesses. Only knew the first two and the last question for sure. The marathon one was easy to guess, because I remember some years ago, the record was around 2:05, so I could exclude all answers that were above which left only one answer.

With "Maruchan", I thought that if it was a brand of wristwatch, I might have heard of it and it kind of sounded Japanese and I associate instant noodles with East Asia.

You got 9 of 10 correct.

Never heard of Maruchan.

9/10. Would have gone 10/10 except for the India question.
+3
Level 78
Mar 1, 2026
8/10. Popular culture is my Achilles Heel. No idea on celebrity daughters or Maruchan brand.
+3
Level 70
Mar 1, 2026
8/10. It would take me a year to run a marathon, so no clue on that one. And, all I had on the language one was well, they are all cities in India, so that's no help.

Level 53
Mar 1, 2026
9/10 didn't know the marathon time, got lucky on 5, 8 & 9. 😁

Level 66

Should Q3 be clarified as men's marathon record? strange DTC today on the 'mar' theme, I guess?....total correct fluke on Q6 & Q9. Surprised Maruchan caught out folks...it's a ubiquitous standard product in the ramen 'instant noodles' market aisle, plus in the college student late night study survival kit when I was in school

The book I was reading last night described Marathi in Mumbai. So I got 10/10. Otherwise, I would have been guessing.

10/10 - just what I couldn't get all February. If it was a leap year, this would be February, 29th and my streak of at least one 10/10 per month would have continued...
