Action to prevent stats being messed up by cheaters

I've identified over 1000 accounts that are almost certainly cheating. These accounts will not be punished (in case I'm wrong). But they will no longer count towards global stats. A script will run every day to identify cheating,

But also congrats for successfully countering that!
Is this post about DTC, or general quizzes?
I'm anti-cheater. But I'm also fine with a person dual-windowing something like States of Germany, or just about anything, I suppose. I think it's good to remove them from stats. I have cheated on JP in a variety of ways, but don't make a habit of it.
But they shouldn't wreck the curve for others.
