I got a question from "From Our Daily Trivia Archive" and it asked what flag did not, in any way, have stars on it. The correct answer was Bolivia, which made me wounder, is their coat of arms an official part of the flag or not? I was 100% sure it was.

It tends to not be part of their flag on JetPunk. I do not know the officiality of it.

JetPunk uses the Civil Flag of Bolivia, the one without the coat of arms. The official flag is the one with the coat of arms.

The Bolivian flag with the Coat of Arms is used by the officially while the Bolivian tri-color flag without coat of arms is used as the civilian flag.
