Can a quiz become featured if a similar quiz has already been?

So for example, can there be two Mediterranean Islands featured quizzes?

Well not if the other one is featured. Like there won't be 2 quizzes that are the exact same and both of them are featured. But yeah, similar quizzes can both be featured.

It's rare, but it does happen. For instance, the only difference between this quiz and this one is that the former has a yellow box.

Some years ago, I remember QM accidentally featured the same quiz twice on Hurricanes I think? It was some form of natural disaster
