Cloudflare Verification

I've checked on several browsers and it's present on all of them. I've checked using both wifi and mobile data, so this is not a network issue. I have also confirmed with other users, so this is not an account issue as well. I do suspect that it's a country issue because among the users I have asked, the only one to also have this problem is from India, like me. This is confirmed because I'm able to access the site without any hindrance when I tried using a VPN.

This is extremely annoying as I have to verify every time I open the site or click a different link after spending a few seconds on the previous page. This is also interfering with saving of results. An hour ago, I had to take a quiz five times just so the results could be saved.
